The Despegue Program was created to provide people with knowledge, tools, and experiences that can help them prepare for the workforce and expand their professional opportunities.

Together with We Travel, we developed a training program focused on the tourism sector, combining learning opportunities with practical experience designed to provide participants with first-hand insight into how a company operates and the skills needed to work in the field.

The program aimed to turn training into a concrete employment opportunity. As a result of this process, three participants were selected to formally join We Travel, taking an important step in their professional development and accessing real job opportunities.
